The mother of street dancing star George Sampson is wanted by police after she allegedly dumped 15 bags of her son's fan mail.
A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Lesley Sampson after she did not turn up at Warrington Magistrates' on May 27.
She is accused of fly-tipping under the Environmental Protection Act.
George Sampson won Britain's Got Talent in 2008 and has just signed to perform with Diversity, this year's winner.
It is alleged his mother dumped the bags of letters from fans outside her home in Lyster Avenue.
A court spokesman said: "We sent a summons letter to both of her listed addresses, one in London and one in Warrington.
"She did not turn up for the hearing so the police have been informed."
In April, 15-year-old George won the favourite reality contestant award at the Digital Spy reality TV awards.
Since his success last year, he has performed in the West End in the street dance show, Into The Hoods.
He has danced at film premieres and has a huge fan following.
